  • Our fitness classes are suitable for women of all fitness levels – beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Modifications and progressions are provided to help you move at your own pace. 🤍

  • This depends on your recovery and the type of birth. Gentle movement like walking and pelvic floor exercises can usually start soon after birth if you feel ready. For more structured exercise, it’s recommended to wait until your 6–8 week postnatal check (or longer after a C-section) and get clearance from your healthcare provider. Our classes are designed to safely support you once you’re ready, with a focus on rebuilding strength gradually.

  • Yes—exercise during pregnancy can be really beneficial for both you and your baby.

    If you have a healthy pregnancy and feel well, you can stay active with the right guidance. Always check with your midwife or healthcare provider first, and focus on safe, low-impact, pregnancy-friendly exercise.

  • Not at all. The classes are designed for all levels—especially beginners or those getting back into exercise. Everything is adapted to suit you.

  • That’s completely okay. This is a baby-friendly space—feel free to stop, feed, settle, or take a break whenever you need.

  • Each class is 45 minutes.

  • You don't need to attend our classes to start your wellness journey. We provide free resources, workouts, planners, recipes, and educational content designed to help women build healthier habits and feel more confident. We also offer online personal training for women looking for extra support, wherever they are 🤍

  • You will receive a booking confirmation email with all the information you need before your class. If you have chosen to complete your Physical Activity Readiness Form yourself, this will also be included for you to complete and return before your first session. 🤍
